We absolutely guarantee our garments  against defects in fabric or manufacturing for one year from date of purchase.

Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you have an issue with a Glowing Sky garment more than a year after purchase that you believe due to an inherent fault in materials or manufacture please do contact us.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE: NZ/AUS

You are welcome to exchange or return an online purchase, no matter the reason. Exchanged items will be posted back to you free of charge.

Returned products must be unwashed and unworn in as new condition, all tags attached, within 2 weeks of delivery.

If we are unable to find an appropriate exchange, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
