Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of online purchase during business week.
Orders received before 1pm Mon-Thurs or 10am Fri will likely be dispatched that day.
Orders placed on weekends will normally be dispatched Monday.
We will email if we do not expect to dispatch within 3 days for any reason.

USA
USA Service - CURRENTLY SUSPENDED.
5.3.2026 Since the previous Tariffs were ended our shipments entry charges to the USA have been applied seemly at random, and consistently at a much higher rate than was usual before the previous Tariffs were ruled illegal :(
No one in the delivery chain seems to know what is meant to be happening and so we have no choice but to suspend all shipping to the USA until the situation on Tariffs and Duties has regained some clarity.
We apologise to our highly valued American customers for this situation.
