Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of online purchase during business week.
Orders received before 1pm Mon-Thurs or 10am Fri will likely be dispatched that day.
Orders placed on weekends will normally be dispatched Monday.
We will email if we do not expect to dispatch within 3 days for any reason.

USA/CANADA
USA Service suspended.
Due to the continued lack of clarity about exactly what is happening on September 1 when the new tariffs come into force, most major Postal services incl our shipping providers have suspended shipping to the USA.
We apologise to our valued American Customers for this situation.
Unfortunately the indications at present are that the Tariffs, very complex and time consuming entry requirements, and probable long delays in delivery will make it non viable to ship to the USA for now.
Canada - Due to ongoing labour actions, there may be disruptions when sending to Canada.
